We do this by building strong relationships with the individuals whose career we manage and by continually providing the most eligible candidate to our customers, again and again.

Our Key to success is through the following process:

  • For each position for which a search is conducted, a detailed, written job description is obtained from our client.  Except where distance does not allow, we meet with our clients face to face to discuss in detail his needs and also to become familiar with each facility first-hand.

  • Our business thrives on the strength of referrals.  Before embarking on every search we make sure to ask our current candidates, “Who do you know?”

  • Each candidate is interviewed in depth via our candidate screening form.  This is to ensure that all the right questions are answered, so as to determine the best match for the position.

  • Once the top candidates are identified, interviews are arranged at a mutually convenient time for both our client and candidates.

  • Upon offer from client a reference check is completed on each candidate.

At the client’s request, Allied Medico will perform Background Check and Drug screening.
